Make sure people around you make you feel good about yourself no matter what shape you are in, and if your friends always put you down and make you feel not confident about yourself. Find some new friends who
have positive thoughts to you ,and also want a healthier you

Brush your teeth after meals with a soft or medium bristled toothbrush.
Also brush after drinking and before going to bed. Use dental floss
daily
Exercising 30 min per day is 2% of your day and 30 min will give some energy and a healthy body
